Partnerships
Curious Community News considers collaborations that fit its focus on shared local life and community participation. Any proposed partnership must be clear to readers and kept distinct from independent editorial coverage.
Suitable collaborations
We consider clearly defined collaborations around community gatherings, skill sharing, volunteering, shared resources and local knowledge. A proposal should explain the idea, the intended audience, what each party would contribute and how readers would encounter the material.
Partner placements
We accept relevant partner placements across the site when their purpose and relationship are made clear. Placement does not imply an editorial endorsement, and partners do not receive control over unrelated coverage. We do not accept material that disguises promotion as independent reporting.
Clear labels
Partner content and placements are identified in plain language near the material, so readers can tell how it came to appear. If a proposed collaboration cannot be labelled clearly or does not fit the publication’s subject, we will not proceed.
How to propose an idea
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed format, subject, audience and any relevant relationship or support. A clear outline lets us assess whether the idea belongs here.
Belonging grows through shared effort
Communities are not made by grand gestures alone. Small, well-considered invitations and exchanges can help people contribute in ways that suit them.
